Quality product with great fit February 9, 2023 Reviewer: J Seth Cooper from Troutville, VA United States   Excellent quality and fits our English Mastiff puppy very well with plenty of growing room! We were having difficulty finding a harness that would allow any growing room until a Mastiff group on Facebook suggested Dean & Tyler harnesses to me. Our boy turned 1 this week and is 187 lbs. He has never worn a harness but when we put it on him he was prancing around like he knew he was the s**t! I won't be buying any harnesses elsewhere...I'm sold! The harness came packaged very well too...Dean & Tyler goes above and beyond to keep their harnesses neat and tidy in the package.  Thank you for unsurpassed quality and for making sizes for extra large dogs at an affordable price! fully adjustable yet easy to get on and off October 14, 2019 Reviewer: Anonymous from United States   This is my favorite mobility harness I have used for my service dog. I have balance issues and need to use my service dog for a variety of tasks. This is my second service dog and so I have used a variety of dog harnesses. My two top priorities in a great piece of gear are that it's easy to get on and off my dog and that it is fully adjustable. Most of the harnesses I have tried that are fully adjustable are then hard to get on and off my dog. This one slips over his head easily and only one leg has to go through an opening to get the harness onto his back. With mobility assistance, the harness needs to be placed right over the dogs' shoulders and not slip around when in use. My dog has a shallow chest but has a rather large rib cage so having an adjustable strap on his chest as well as the strap between the chest and the rib cage underneath him is super helpful. This allows me to customize the entire harness to fit my own unique dog. Also, I found the handle to be excellently placed and just the right size to get my hand into it quickly while needing extra balance support from my dog. I love that I have 3 rings to choose from when adding leashes and handles to this harness. This is excellently made, very durable and sturdy yet it is nicely cushioned for the comfort of my dog. He can wear it all day without and chaffing in his armpits and he does not ask for me to take it off of him like other harnesses I have tried. I have had a Dean and Tyler Guide Dog harness for 10 years, used it on 3 service dogs, and it is still in perfect condition. That particular harness does not adjust in the chest and though it is a great harness for my past service dog it does not work at all for my current dog the way he is shaped. I took a risk in getting this new harness knowing I could send it back easily if necessary thanks to their excellent return policy and I felt fairly confident in the Dean and Tyler brand having lots of experience with many brands of service dog gear. I am seriously over the moon delighted with this Balance Assistance Harness. It's perfect! Was this review helpful to you?
