That was an easy experience... then comes the quality. I Love nice quality things and this is very well made. Very happy with purchase. My dog is not very happy but maybe in time. poor fit September 23, 2015 Reviewer: Emily Blount from Ortonville, MI United States   I ordered your Top Gun muzzle for my rotti a few weeks ago. I was impressed that this was going to be a great fit for my dog given that it was custom made. However when I ordered the muzzle (despite all the notes and video on how to measure him) I was only asked what breed he was closest to. When I received the muzzle I was a little surprised at how big it was. Although I can get it to fit him it seems a little sloppy. It will end up working for him but I expected a superior product for the money paid. Was this review helpful to you?
